Ed O’Neill
After playing everybody’s favorite women’s shoes salesman on “Married with Children”, Ed O’Neill hasn’t been able to match the success that he had with Al Bundy. The only movie he has starred in that you might have heard of since then is “The Bone Collector”. He has made several attempts to get back into the television game, with such non-hits as “Big Apple” and “Dragnet”. He has also made some guest appearances in various tv shows, with the most notable be “The West Wing”. He is currently part of the cast of “John from Cincinnati” from HBO.
David Faustino
David Faustino has kept quite busy since “Married with Children”, though, not with
anything that matters. If you look at his post show resume, he would appear to be a
struggling actor, getting only bit parts in television shows. Occasionally he will make it into a movie, but not one that you heard of. Some of his televsion credits include, “The X-files”, “The Bernie Mac Show”, and “Nash Bridges”. He has just finished a film called “RoboDoc” and is currently filming a comedy of which i’m sure he’s not the star, called “Working Title” Yes that is the name of the movie.
Christina Applegate
Probably tied with Katey Sagal as the most successful(I’m being generous) post “Married with Children” castmate. She managed to get a few big movies, though she wasn’t the star, but had respectable parts. You may recall her being in the Camaron Diaz movie, “The Sweetest Thing”, or the film “View from the Top”, or perhaps “Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgandy”. She also made a couple of appearances on the hit show “Friends”. She now has her own new show called “Samantha Who?” and has just finished up a movie called “The Rocker”.
Katey Sagal
Since “Married with Children” Katey Sagal has stayed working in television with a decent amount of success. She has made guest appearances on various shows, but has also had success on shows of her own. “8 Simple Rules” was a big hit, until John Ritter’s death, then it slowly faded away, but not until 2005. She has also enjoyed moderate success with “Futurama”. She voices the character, “Leela”. She currently has various “Futurama” projects coming out as well as “Jack and the Beanstalk”, which also stars Chevy Chase and James Earl Jones. She will play Jack’s mother.
Amanda Bearse
Amanda Bearse has only appeared in 3 other credited projects as an actress since “Married with Children”, none of them being worth mentioning. Her success has come as a director. She has managed to have a pretty successful career directing other television shows. Some of the shows include, “Dharma and Greg”, “Nikki”, “Reba”, and “George Lopez”. Here most recent work has been on “The Big Gay Sketch Show”.
Ted McGinley
Ted McGinley has managed to sneak his way into a few movies since “Married with Children”. One being “Major League: Back to the Minors”, and another playing a very small part in “Pearl Harbor”. He has also been in a few television shows, none of them being his own. These include “Sports Night”, “The West Wing”, and “Hope and Faith”. He has just finished up a couple of movies you will never see called, “Privileged” and “Eavesdrop”.
Buck
Buck the Dog passed away in 1996 at the age of 13. Buck had retired from the show before it’s end. His other credit inludes starring as the dog in “Scrooged” with Bill Murray.
David Garrison
Since playing Steve Rhoades on “Married with Children”, David Garrison has managed to keep busy making guest appearances on a pretty impressive list of television shows. Some of these shows include, “Judging Amy”, “Arli$$”, “The Practice”, “NYPD Blue”, and “The West Wing”. He doesn’t currently have any projects listed to come out anytime soon.

Your website is very negative towards the Married with Children stars. You make them all sound like losers. You are mis-informed and then you spread this mis-information via your website. Most of the actors have very successful careers. I encourage anyone reading this website to ignore it and instead visit the Wikipedia (the free encyclopedia) website for a complete bio of each actor.

Ya, you were way to negative writing this review, it kind of made me angry to read it actually. None the less though, I can guarantee that all of these “washed up” actors or whatever it is you think they are, were, are, and always will be more succesful than you, bear that in mind next time you decide to write a review, or critique on anything.

I was and still am a very huge fan of this show. Poor Al had no luck at all, Peggy, jobless but love to do the XXX thing, Kelly, Dingy but fine as wine, Bud, never had a women, Buck, cool, Jeff/Marcy, hell of neighbors to have living next door to you. Steve, was smart but silly in his own way. Bottomline, this is the best comedy to ever air in U.S. history of T.V., you all deserve a huge “WELL DONE” you all brought so much laughter in folks homes during those years and even today with re-runs. I love all of YOU!!!

Best show ever to air on tv i love to watch it over and over again. It has been copied by other shows like the simpsons there are too many things that both homer and al do even the themes of some of the episodes are the same. Al is a legend that can’t be replaced long live the bundys, darcys, rhoades lucky and buck.
if only they did a movie!!!

I never gave Christina Applegate much thought ,Maybe because she was a blond and we are flooded with blonds. Now Amanda Bearse and Katey Sagal are so hot. Even now I find them hot. But I’m 53yo and see women in a different light. I’m glad to see there all working. Just don’t over spend girls those good looks don’t last forever. Just joking there all talented.
